Failing to download

I have just purchased AutoCad14 LT.  Only 1 minute into downloading i lost internet connect..It would not resume download, so i closed windows and was forced to re-download using my puchase order number and password i set up when buying...However it is 'denying' me access when i attempt to redownload file.??

can anyone please help? Is there a time lock-out on attempting to re-downloading??

My apologies for any inconvenience this has caused you.

You can download AutoCAD LT 2014 or any Autodesk Products from Matt, Our Virtual Assistant, click on "Downloading New/Updated Products. Once you reach the Activation Page, enter your Serial Number and Product Key.

As i have purchased online the only numbers supplied in the confirmation email are:

'Product SKU' (14 letters and numbers)

The 'product name : Autocad LT 2014'

and my 'order number' (11 numbers)

please advise which are the serial number and product key you mentioned are required.
