I have educational AutoCAD on my PC at home. My employer has granted access for me to work remotely at home via Remote Desktop Protocol. Throught remote access, I log onto my office PC and can use the office version of AutoCAD LT. Before doing so, I just want to be sure that my Educational version can not, somehow, "infect" my office files and place the educational stamp on them. Any thoughts?

With RDC, you're not working on "your" computer, you're working on the remote machine. The remote machine doesn't have access to programs installed on the home machine.
Just be sure to keep any of your educational FILES far, far away from the work computer. No copying/pasting files or content.
