Editing blocks

I have a block for a seal that contains words written with the arc text command. I am using AutoCAD LT 2011, and I am used to working in AutoCAD 2010, where I am able to edit blocks like this by double clicking on the block. When I try this in the program I get the message "This block contains proxy objects and cannot be edited in the block editor. Does anyone know how to either 1) edit blocks with text in LT, or 2) use the arc text command in this program to insert text?

In Full AutoCAD2010 you used the ARCTEXT express tool: this is also
available in full AutoCAD 2011, and R2009/8/7/6/5/4/2/i/0 and R14.

But you are using LT, which regardless of version current or past, does not
come with Express Tools and you therefore cannot edit Express Tools custom
objects like Arctext. No fix, it's not available. Get on a seat of full
AutoCAD to edit your block.
