Converting Excel Spread sheet with XY coordinates into a Drawing

I don't use Cad very often however i need to find a way to convert an Excel spreadsheet with xy coordinates into a drawing in AutoCad LT. Probably very simple, but again i am a beginner. Edited by: riley_bouffard on Dec 30, 2008 7:13 PM

AutoCAD can't deal with the equations directly.  You need to calculate
points and input them along with the commands to make a script.  Either
post or email a copy of your data and I will take a look at it.

Brad,

Thanks a lot, I got this job dropped in my lap because everybody who knows how to use cad decided to take the rest of the month off. I attached the data. I don't know how sensitive Cad is so i included all of the decimal points. The picture should be a simple curve. I can't thank you enough for the help.

Run the PLINE command and Paste column E from Excel at the command line. Run PEDIT and Spline the object to get a curve.
