Command line prompt to ask a question

I am trying to edit the mnu file so that on the command prompt i will be asked a question that will then place what is typed in on the drawing. The problem that I am having is that when the command prompt the question and I enter the text, the question as well as the entered text appears on the screen. How do I eliminate the question from appearing?

I take it you ignored my response to your first post here about the use of MODEMACRO command. -- Dean Saadallah Add-on products for LT http://www.pendean.com/lt --

^C^C_text;7.25,.21;.15;0;'_modemacro;"WHAT IS THE PART NUMBER?";\;;'_modemacro;.; Text will appear in the lower left corner. That is the only option with LT. Question to the Autocad Drafters ou there

What you consider to be a “quality construction drawing of your own creation.”

One that conveys the information needed to construct the object being drafted perhaps?

Or that meets a minimum standard in the shortest amount of time for the most profit perhaps?
