Autocad LT 2013 Ribbon disappeared

I opened up my Autocad LT 2013 and got a message about the ribbon and now all the toolbars have disappeared and I get this meassage when I open it up

Any updates or changes to your Computer?

Have you treid a System Restore to prior a day, week, month ago?

Repair install?

Change any System Variables? CMDDIA, FILEDIA

Or moved files from from Harddrives or Network locations?

If all else fails... Windows Start Button>Programs>Autodesk>LT2013, select RESET SETTINGS TO DEFAULT.
