AutoCAD LT 2012 wont launch

I installed AutoCAD 2012 for a coworker and entered the serial number for the product. Every time I go to launch it, it shuts down right away. I have tried reinstalling and all but no luck. I have even tried to run as administrator. Anyone have any ideas as to what is going on ?

There is no error message?

Try testing in diagnostic more to try and pinpoint any conflict:

If there are no crashes while in this mode, your issue is a system/hardware/software conflicts related problem.
