AutoCAD LT 06 Plotting

When I plot what I am looking at on the screen, the hard copy from the printer is missing certain objects. How do I make AutoCAD plot exactly what I see on my monitor? Even better than that, how do I make it so that anyone who opens that file will be able to plot exactly what they see on their monitor? I'm submitting drawings and they keep getting rejected because they aren't able to plot what they see. I'm like a first year Spanish student trying to navigate in Mexico and speak fluently. Translation: I'm new to AutCAD and am a little confused.

Are these entities on layers set to NOPLOT?

Are these entities in a Xref, on a layer in the Xref set to NOPLOT?

Are these entities blocks, and parts or all of the block content (not the
block itself) is on a layer set to NOPLOT?

Does the plot preview show these entities?

What are these missing entities exactly?

what are you plotting to?
using what driver?

Wow, a little bit to chew on for a while. Thank you for the leads and I will do my best to answer them even though I'm new to this and it could take me some time. Either way, I do appreciate the help!
