AutoCAD Freestyle

I'm a realtor and I want to create basic floor plans for my clients' properties. I need a friendly software easy to use and I don't want to spend a fortune. Does anyone know if I can do that with TurboCAD 16 Deluxe 2D/3D? Any suggestions?
