Stretch in one direction only

AutoCad LT allowed for "stretch" of any object in either the X or Y plane. Is there a tool which would allow the same function in FREESTYLE ??

Freestyle doesn’t have the stretch tool as AutoCAD, please note that you can log your feature requests on Freestyle wishlist, where you can also see and vote for other Freestyle user’s ideas.

2poodles - Are you looking to stretch symbols in only one direction instead of uniformly?

Yes, one direction only. Woodworking projects, as well as many other layout schemes, often require the ability to "stretch" in one direction. For example.......designing a cabinet with 5 drawers could have a width of 22 inches. The customer demands 30 inches. It would be prudent to allow selecting the group of objects and "stretching" to the desired width.
