Bought Freestyle from AD online store, and successfully downloaded the Freestyle setup bootstrap program.
This app does not execute on either my W7x64 or my XP-Pro SP3 machine, so I have no was of getting the actual Freestyle app.
What really grinds my gears is the inability to get any Tech Support for this problem! Why does AutoDesk sell a product they can't/won't support?

Sorry to hear that you are having troubles installing Freestyle.
We do support Freestyle from this discussion forum, so you are not alone with this issue.
Please make sure that you have disabled UAC on your Win 7 machine, and turned off your antivirus software, Windows Firewall and other Internet security applications you might have ruining on your systems. Then download Freestyle trial and try installing it.
If Freestyle still fails to install, please provide Freestyle installation log file from your TEMP folder, to open TEMP folder type %TEMP% in the address bar of Windows Explorer and hit Enter key.
