You need either the download you can purchase from the Autodesk eStore

have the Q4 VIP CD-ROM run the installation from the
    CD

    Anne:

I used to have the Express Tools in my old
computer, which recently broke, and which I had to replace with a new tower.
With the unecpected brakage, I lost my old files, etc, including my
copy of Express Tools that I unloaded sometime ago from Autodesk, when it was
allowed to unload these for free some time ago.

I did not have a backup floppy disk copy of these
Express Tools, so I lost them for good.

Now I installed my personal copy of AutoCAD 2000i
i my new computer, but that do not contain the Express Tools.

Question:  Do I have to buy these from
    scratch?

    Let me know.

    Thanks,

    Octavio

    Octavio -

I do administrative work on the newsgroups, not give technical advice.
Please check the Autodesk Online Store for full information or call the
    Autodesk Information Center at 800-964-6432.

My assumption would be if you did not save the free download and do not
have it on any previous verisons of the ACAD CD that you would have to
purchase them. But please check the above sources for official
    information.
