Because of the changes to the way the open command works
with MDI in A2K, my old open selected xref doesn't work anymore.
Sometimes the Refedit command doesn't cut it and I just need
to work on the entire drawing. I'd like to just type a xrefopen
command, open the drawing, switch back when done and hit
a button saying reload.
