When I double click on a attributed block on Autocad 2000I
The properties box pops up. How do I get the "edit attributes" box to appear instead?

In 2002, with DBLCLKEDIT ON, DCPROPS OFF (dcprops was added to
express tools, vol. 7), I can double click on a block with attributes and have
the eattedit (enhanced attribute editor) dialog box open.  Not sure what
will happen on 2000i.
