ARXLOAD Failed

Not sure if this is an Express Tools issue or not. I am running AutoCad 2004. When I open the program, the text window lists the following:
AutoCAD Express Tools Copyright © 2002-2003 Autodesk, Inc.
; error: ARXLOAD failed
toolbar Enter toolbar name or [ALL]: EDWPUBLISHER.eDrawing Publisher
Toolbar not found.
Enter toolbar name or [ALL]: show
Toolbar not found.
Enter toolbar name or [ALL]:
AutoCAD menu utilities loaded.Enter toolbar name or [ALL]:
I always have to hit ESC once before performing a command. Just wondering if there is a simple fix for this?
