when you choose the Wire Color/Guage Labels tool from the Insert Wire/Wire Numbers panel in the Schematic tab, the Insert Wire Color/Guage dialog box is displayed. In this dialog box, selecting or clearing the align with wire check box in both the cases, with leader and without leader, does not makes any difference. Better if detailed explaination is given for it .
