difference between 32 and 64 bit ACE2013

This has probably been asked and answered elsewhere, but I'm responsible for shephearding our office through an upgrade from Audocad Electrical 2009 to Autocad Electrical 2013. At the same time Corporate IT is moving us up to Window 7 64-bit, so I'll be moving up to 64-Bit ACE as well.
What, if any, operational differences exist between 32-bit and 64-bit? (I've been working on the 32-bit version, and I need to know what differences to expect when we suddenly jump 20 operators to 64-bit. Any help or input will be VERY much apreciated.
