There no .dwl lock file when open the drawing

- Problem: 5 users of AutoCAD Electrical open the same file. There is no warning or interlock of any kind. The last user will overwrite other's working once saving the file. As I noticed, there is NO .dwl lock file generated by CAD when opening the drawing from CAD or project manager.
- Environment: Windows XP on Parallel Desktop 6 for Mac, AutoCAD Electrical 2012, the drawing files are saved on MAC server.
- The same problem won't happen on AutoCAD LT or AutoCAD for Mac.
Any ideas or inputs are appreciated.
