Is it possible to change the shape of contact references appear below a coil as per the attached drawing?

You can go into the drawing properties, cross-references tab.
Under the component cross reference display, select graphical format.
Choose the IEC graphic fonts.
Unless you want to change the contact graphic symbol look, then maybe others can help?
