I am currently researching for a client which program is best for them. They build power plant skids and filters in Inventor, but need to put electrical components on the model itself. It seems to me that AutoCAD Electrical is geared to schematics etc. but is not geared to the actual modeling and placement of junction boxes etc. on ducts and enclosures. Can you tell me if this assumption is correct and if it is what would be the best program to incoporate the junction boxes and conduit on the structural pieces? Your help is greatly appreciated ![]()
