Is that any way for the "insert saved circuit" command to insert a circuit that has hidden wire numbers and not have the hidden wire numbers to become visible?
It is possible to uncheck the "Update circ's TEXT layers as req'd" option, but this leaves all the other attributes as the saved circuit layers instead of the layers specified in the drawing configuration.

Hyun,
You are exactly right. "Fixed" wire numbers saved on the "hidden wire number
layer" are not maintained on that layer when the circuit is later
re-inserted. I could not figure out a good workaround. This is now logged in
the queue (defect #559066). Don't be surprised if you see this working
better in the next release.
Thanks!
Nate.
