Hi there,
I´m using ACADE2013.
When importing from spreadsheet I have inserted some values on the Rating2 attribute that have fractions like 5,2 etc..
When I import the values back from spreadsheet the value on my drawing are shown with 4 decimals like 5,2000 (see attached image). I´m sure that this has something to do with some settings either in Excel og Autocad Electrical.
Anyone have a clue what´s causing this behaviour ?
Thx, regards, Gary

Hi Gary.
I can't reproduce this here, with AcadE 2013 and Excel 2013 Preview.
If you try to "force" the value to be a text value and not a numerical value, does this help?
You can do this by adding an apostrophe in front of the value in excel.
Like this:
'2,5

Hi RhesusMinus... and sorry for the late reply.
Thank´s for the advice but somehow it doesn´t help changing the format of the cell to a textvalue.
I´m using Excel 2007 and that might be the cause of this issue.
I´m seeing some strange issues with ACADE2013 especially regarding database issues for instance when using the import/export utility.
I´m upgrading soon to a new pc...hopefully these issues will vanish when that´s over ![]()
Regards, Gary
