Error for AcInetEngine18

I am currently using AutoCAD Electrical 2010. I am receiving this error message: "Could not write to the Internet cache on your computer". It further tells me to delete the temporary internet files.

I am currently using Windows 7 x64 with IE9. This problem was happening before I upgraded to IE9.

I have no firewall installed and I have disabled windows firewall. I have deleted the temporary internet files without any luck. Are there any further steps I should take or what should I try next?

Update: I was able to get rid of the error by running Internet Explorer as administrator, then only checking Delete Temporary Internet files and clearing out my Temp folder.

The error has seemed to have stopped appearing.
