    This is plain and simple AutoCAD. I'm using Windows 7. Both AutoCAD and Windows are running in 64bit.

    I am not sure it is related but AutoCAD 2008 does not support Windows 7 since Windows 7 came out after AutoCAD 2008. You can see at this site  http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/item?siteID=123112&id=14185352 what Autodesk product releases support Windows 7. But none are earlier than 2010 releases.
