    Hi,

Is it possible to insert cable tray by the same way inserting a DIN rail in autocad electrical?

How we can make cable tray using dynamic block?  with selection of the below details.

    Width as 25,30,45,60,75,80,100

length as enter/ pick first and second points.

    Regards,

    Rajesh

Based on the dwg and dimensions for width that you provided, it seems you are talking about what I would call Wireway.

This would be done using the same excel spreadsheet that the dinrail uses, In fact, there is some WW already set up in the spreadsheet.

You would do a different row for each width and then during the insertion, provide a start and end point just like you do with dinrail.

You will need to look in the file wddinrl.xls located in the following folder

C:\Users\,username>\Documents\Acade 2013\AeData\Catalogs (this is the filepath for Windows 7) Replace 2013 with the release you are working with.

The spreadsheet is pretty easy to follow but here is a write up on how to use it.

    http://docs.autodesk.com/ACAD_E/2013/ENU/index.html

Doing a search for wddinrl will provide the spreadsheet field list and an explantion of each field
