Hi Guys,
I'm using the Autocad Electrical 2012 - IEC 60617 library for symbols.
I'm trying to find out if the tag name (eg; Relay is KF) is also to IEC 60617 standard or if this is an autocad naming convention?
If it is an Autocad Naming convention, has autocad referenced any standard to come up with the component tag names?
Thanks for your help

Bert,
Going by IEC 81346-2, KF is the designation for a relay (and about a dozen other things including PLCs and computers) and for the most part they do match but I have found one discrepancy.
A fan is inserted as MA but it should be GQ.
I would say just check them as you go.
