Autocad Electrical API Help selection is missing.

I am missing the selection for API help from the pulldown. Any one else come across this?

That is how my VANILLA AutoCAD looks. My AutoCAD Electrical looks like this...

I ended up re-installing via Repair and now I have the Help Menus back. I am really not sure what caused it though...
