AutoCAD Electrical

Hi All,

One of our offices abroad has recently began to use AutoCAD Electrical 2010, the biggest worry is the conversion of some 4367 x-refs to ACADE block symbols........

Is there a way to do this that is both easy and time effective? As you can imagine there is at least a years worth of work for someone if this is a manual task.

Any help, assistance and advice would be most greatly appreciated

First of all, I'd make sure some super users in your european branch get the proper training on AcadE, both a normal course and an "admin course". You really should know AcadE well before trying to convert existing Acad-drawings to "intelligent" AcadE-drawings.

That said... It would be easier to see what your challenges are if you could post some example drawings here, or e-mail/PM me directly if you don't want everyone to see them.
