    Should both the AutoCAD SP 1.1 and the Acad Electrical SP 1 be installed, only one or the other, please advise.

    Well, nevermind, found the answer:

    Note: AutoCAD Electrical 2013 Service Pack 1 includes the AutoCAD 2013 Service Pack 1.1. For issues resolved by the AutoCAD 2013 Service Pack 1.1, please see the appropriate Service Pack readme located on the Autodesk support web site
