Have you setup the XREF display to show the sheet number?

Go to Project settings, and click on the Cross Reference tab.

Place %S in the position you want the sheet number to appear.

Save the settings

Right click on the first dwg name in the project manager.

Select Properties from the flyout menu.

Now select either Setings Compare or Apply Project Defaults.

Repeat the previous 3 steps for the other dwgs in the project until all dwgs have the same settings.

NOTE that you will need to have the Sheet box filled in on all the dwg properties for anything to show up.

This will NOT WORK if you use multiple paperspace sheets. ACADE is not set up to utilise them.

Each sheet in a dwg needs to be it's own seperate dwg.
