sheet numbers missing from ladder and Sheet List Report

I have the ladder set up as %S%N and have refreshed it numerous times. The components and wire numbers show up with the sheet number, but the ladder numbers do not have the sheet number. I can not figure out why it is on one and not the other. It is also missing from the drawing list report that I inserted and use for a table of contents.

Any help would be awesome!!

How do you setup the Ladder as %S%N? If you modify it in the Modify Line Reference Numbers dialog, then that one is control the Wire Number Format.We don't have a place can setup the Ladder number use the replaceable values as the Component and Wire numbers, such as %S. But in the Drawing properties and project properties we can set some type of format, refer to the following screen shot. after you set this up, please insert the Ladder again. Only refresh the existed Ladder will not make it changed.

What do you mean it is also missing from the drawing list report that I inserted and use for a table of contents? In the Drawing List Report, there is a SH column, it is the sheet number.
