No I cannot replicate this problem as you describe yet. Some questions -
1) When the Drawing List Report dialog is on do you pick the Format button
and specify a dwglst.set file? If so can you send me the .set file? Also,
you might try deleting that file and letting AcadE recreate it.
2) does it matter which 2 projects are open or can it be any 2 projects? If
it happens consistently with a particular drawing set can you email the
drawing set to me? pat.murnen@autodesk.com
3) what options exactly are you picking on the Table Generation Setup
dialog? Are you breaking the report into sepeate sections or placing all
rows down at one time?
Just trying to narrow down where the problem might be. Also, there is a SP1
for Ace2006. I did not see anything in the list of resolved issues that
seemed related but you should install the service pack.

Pat, can you guys not replicate the problem - i.e., is this just a problem
w/ my machine? We only have 1 computer w/ ACE2006 on it, so I can't test
it. The drawing package is approx
Just tried this morning again and confirmed the problem. Had 2 projects
open in project manager. Right click on the active project/drawing list
report/new report/put on drawing/OK. Now ACAD.exe is at 35mb RAM usage, 50%
(exactly) CPU usage. ACE is frozen - no menus or anything - the screen
won't refresh. All other programs are working fine (I'm writing this and
checking email right now). I use the same dwglst.set each time I make a
table of contents.
Closed ACAD through task manager, reopened, closed box telling me about
recovered files, closed all projects in project manager, except one (the
same one that caused the crash). Now it lets me put the report on the
drawing w/o a hiccup.
I am extracting info from the title blocks on each run.
Default options on Report Generator dialog box and Table Generation Setup
dialog. I am extracting page, title, and filename. Runs without a hitch
if all other projects are closed.
Since it locks up every time I set up as described above, I'd think it's
just a bug somewhere.
Still running SP0 w/ ACE2006. There isn't an SP1, right?
