pin list in the other catalog.mdb

I have new material to add references to my project.

For this I use the secondary file for the catalog.

I would also like to add that the pin material.

but with the editor of pin, I can just adjusted to the default_cat.mdb or i want change the other catalog.

I also know that we can change the secondary catalog with Access.

there is there another solution? because I do not have Access software
