how to add descriptions into BOM report

Now that I figured out how to assign item numbers, catalog numbers and MFG into my old acad blocks. I would like to figure out how to add the description. I currently am opening my non ACE block and addint The MFG and Catalog info. Then when i put my BOM report on my dwg. i cant seem to figure out how to add the descriptions.

Any help is appreaciated. Attached is a drawing as an example.

The descriptions come from the default_cat.mdb database. If your parts do not exist in this database you will need to add them.
