Export Drawing properties to spread sheet in vb.net...

And Import Drawing Properties from Spreadsheet in vb.net..

There is no API for this (as far as I can find), and the AEEXPORT2SS command doesn't support scripting.

So, the only way to do this via VB.NET, is to manually read the WDP-file/MDB-file, and to read the WD_M-block int the DWG's.

Find what you need, and write the changes back to the same place.
