error report from "no previous view" error

I promised a paste of the error info from ACADE when it loads a drawing incorrectly and here it is. Admittedly, it isnt overly detailed, but its open NOW in its broken format, so if you guys have anything you need to know let me know ASAP and I'll get the info off the drawing I can.
