electrical will not install

i have the student version 2012, i go to install the program and it goes good until i choose which componant to install.

when the things are done there it starts and then a few seconds later comes up with failed install, i have tried various ways n still nothing, could this conflict with other Autodesk programs?, as i have a few installed.

im running windows 7 ultimate, 6GB ram with 3.21GHz 6 core cpu

What's the error message for the installation failure ? Can you attach a screenshot here for the installation failure ?

its all good now ty, i did some digging and gound out that i had to uninstall  Microsoft visual C++ 2010 x86 Redustributable-10.0.30319, the reason for this as the one it was trying to install was older so it failed it, deleted the later one using cintrol panel/uninstall then reinstall autodesk Electrical resulted in a successful installation.
