custom balloons in AE2012

I am a new AE2012 user and could use some help with balloons.

I need a balloon that has the item number in the top half and the quantity in the bottom half.  Does AE2012 have someting like that? Can something be created so that both fields are filled in automatically?

Yes, I believe you can.
