adding blank drawing file to existing project

Hi, i am trying to add blank drawing file to existing project....how can i do that? also can i have all the attributes of project added to this new drawing file?

Right-click on the project name in the ESW and make it active if not already active. Next right-click on the project name and click add drawings. Select the blank drawing and click add. Open the drawing and click on the Drawing Configuration Tool and you will be prompted to place down the WD_M block. Be sure that the box next to "Force this drawing's configuration settings to match the project settings" is checked.
