Wiring number being skipped

When using sequential wire numbers on a drawing, with some fixed numbers (i.e. 3ph wires) What would cause ACADE to skip numbers?

Make sure they are on a "wire" layer.

The wires are being numbered, but out of sequence, i.e. 5 wires on a drawing numbered 1, 3,5,6,7. Why didn't it use wire nb 2 and 4?

Make sure some of the wire numbers are not "fixed"

Sorry, I misread your post:

Try rebuilding the project and doing and audit, then resequence the project.
