AutoCAD Electrical is quite capable.  When you say wiring diagram, do you actually mean schematic diagram?  A wiring diagram is not exactly the same as a schematic.  Do you simply want to replicate the drawings shown in your images or are you designing to a specific standard (i.e. IEC, JIC, NFPA, etc.)?

This forum can assist you with learning about specific features of AutoCAD Electrical but I highly recommend that you attend a fundamentals course first.  There is much to this software - much more than can be taught with typed words.  If you are in America, I teach an open class from time to time, which covers fundamentals and workflow, plus I dedicate a day of the class to look at the program infrastructure and how to set it up.

There are tutorials built into the software to help you understand the very basics of the program.  There are symbol libraries available that contain symbols from IEC, JIC, NFPA, and other standards.  You just need to create a project, set up a drawing template and start designing.  You can specify specific wire types or use the default wire type named WIRES.  The symbols are inserted from the Icon Menu.  You can create a part list and wire from/to list from the Reports tab of the ribbon menu.  Again, proper training will help you create eye-catching reports.  These reports can even be generated automatically at once, as drawings added to the project or as spreadsheet files, once you learn how to use the Automatic Reports utility.

Thanks for reply so quickly

I need to replicated the diagrams but using valid standards like IEEE or
IEC.
I'm from Venezuela.

How your tutorials works? There's any online option?

Thank you.

I do not teach an entire course online. I offer online live assistance for my prepaid support customers.

Avoid using the IEEE symbols from AutoCAD Electrical.  The symbols and class designation letters in that library are not accurate according IEEE 315. The IEC symbols are correct though, so feel free to use those. The IEC legacy symbols use the one letter codes while the symbols from the IEC60617 library use the optional 2-letter codes from IEC81346-2.

The tutorials I referred to are built into the software as part of Help.
