Want MTEXT editor to select all by default

I did a few searches and didn't see anything on this.

I'd like to have the MTEXT editor to have all the text highlighted when I go to modify, like Single Line Text does. The type of work we do involves lots of arrays and copy/paste of multi-line text next to blocks. I end up having to hit CTRL+A each time I edit the text.

Using single-line isn't going to cut it, I need the functionality of multi-line. Any suggestions? I tried Help, all it mentioned for settings was the drop down menu.

Not sure how to have all the text selected automatically, but if you simply hold down your left mouse button and drag your courser over the text you want to change it will be selected.

Also in the MTEXT edit box, simply double clicking at the beginning of a line of text, will select that entire line of text.

Hope that helps...a little....maybe? 8-)

All you have to do when the text box opens is hit Ctrl +A vand that selects all the text 😃
