Title block X Zones set-up - zone labels missing

When setting up a title block, I am unable to make the zone labels visible when I go into X zones set up.

ATTDSIP ON shows no attributes for the zone labels either.

The title block has been set up using method 2. All other attributes are ok and successfully update when using Title block update.
