!.\TextTab.cpp@606: eWasErased AutoCAD Message popping up.

I'm working on a PLC drawing (1794-IA16) which has relay contacts (NO) on the inputs and if I try double clicking the contact to edit the text fields, I get a dialog box with the message "!.\TextTab.cpp@606: eWasErased". I've never seen this before and I have no idea how this could have happened.

The drawing was created by opening a drawing with the border I need, then I saved-as to get a new file name/number for the PLC drawing. Then I deleted all the contents of the drawing and inserted a new ladder with the PLC. I've done this before countless times, but this time I'm getting this message.

After I click OK, I'm able to edit the text fields, but something can't be right with this dialog box popping up.

I have not heard of this before. Is the problem repeatable (i.e., after restarting ACE)?
Thanks,
Lee
