Tags missing when saving report to file

When i do a panel report and want to save to a Excel file, the tags are missing.

All other information is fine such as QTY, CATALOG, MFG, DESCRIPTION.

The text window shows "Error: incorrect number of arguments." for each item footprint item. 

Any ideas how to track this problem down or do i have to re-installl?

Hi Ken,

Which version of AutoCAD Electrical you use ? Which panel report do you use to meet this problem ? If possible, can you send your project to Hongyuan.Li@autodesk.com because i cannot reproduce your problem in my machine.

Thanks for replying.  I ran the repair feature and it cleared it up.

It was a "what have i got to lose move"

Just and update to complete this documentation.

After repairing ACADE2011, it worked but after reboot it reverted to the original problem.

There was an update availiable that addressed some catalog database problem.  I downloaded this and installed it.

The update fixed the problem and rebooting the computer did not cause the problem anymore.
