Strange BOM actions-Too many terminals

When I do a BOM (for panels) on this completed project, all the terminals are being counted twice. If I do the BOM on a single drawing, it reports correctly. When I do it on the whole project, it counts them twice. I noticed that the TAGs for the terminals reflect the terminal number if done on a panel (ie, TB1:01, TB1:02, TB1:03, etc) but are not displayed if done from a wiring diagram(TB1, TB2, TB3, etc) (this would be Panel BOM with items not on panel checked.)

I am presently using ACE 2005. The attached .zip file is a partial of this project but what I am seeing happens for this small sample. I created this sample by making a copy of the existing project.

I am open to suggestions (besides upgrade; I already did that but do not have the immediate time to switch everything over)

It would appear that I have answered my own question. This must have been a problem with 2005 because I just opened this small project from within 2006 and it is reporting the correct number of terminals. It looks like I am going to switch sooner than I thought... 😉 (I planned on doing it over the next couple of weeks)

Now I am really confused. I opened up the original project in ACE 2006 and am still showing 70 terminals (115116.07) when I know for a fact that there are only 34.

Waiting for someone to notice something I overlooked...

Need more info... this is a Panel BOM report, right? Are you also including
unreferenced schem items by checking the toggle "ON"? Can you give example
of one terminal tag/number that is showing up multiple times?

Nate.
