Spacing between reference numbers and ladder

Hi,

Is there a setting that adjusts the spacing between the reference numbers for a ladder and the ladder?  The default

is a little tight. I don't see that setting under Properties-> Drawing Format.

All you have to do is modify block wd_mlrh.dwg

Take a look at the attached blocks.
