Source/Destination referencing Terminal Block numbers rather than grid?

Is it possible to incorporate the Terminal Strip and Terminal Block numbers on the Source/Destination tags?

 

Say I have a Source reference which would go to Terminal Strip labelled 24VDC and Terminal Block 5.

 

Instead of the source reference being line 110 or whatever, can it reference 24VDC-TB5 instead?
