Screen updates

I am not sure why ACE2006 has a problem with updates of the screen images. When I am running updates and other routines my screen image has a lot of blanks spaces and bars appearing all over the place. The routines work fine, but this does happen on other commands and is very annoying.

This could be caused by the Dynamic Input feature. This feature in designed
to allow more of a heads up display when type in commands or answering
prompts. During some of our routines, we echo information to the command
prompt which also will get echoed to the Dynamic Input line.

You can do a couple things. You could move your pointer off the drawing
screen when these commands are running. Maybe place the pointer over the
Acade title bar. Or you could turn off the Dynamic Input feature. You can
do this by toggling the 'DYN' button on the status line at the bottom of
your Acade screen. You could also just change the settings of the Dynamic
Input. If you right-click on this DYN button on the status line you can
select settings. One of these options you might try is just to toggle OFF
the 'Show command prompting and command input near the crosshairs' option.

Hope this helps,

Steve
