Report problem

I'm having troubles with report. On certain drawings I can't put any report. Electrical just freezes when I try. If I press escape Electrical just stops but then I don't have a report. Starting it on a new drawing sometimes fixes it. I've tried doing it on an other pc but same result. I've tried it with the drawing in an other drawing but same result. I've tried it with different settings for the report also same result. Anyone have a idea how to solve this? I've added a drawing where this occurs.

I wasn't able to reproduce it with the attached drawing so I will need more
information to see what the problem might be. What report are you running?
Does the dialog come up at all and then you select Put on Dwg and then it
freezes? Are you using a format .set file? If so can you send it to me?
Also, can you turn on your debug trace and capture the text that shows up in
the command line and send it to me? My email is pat.murnen@autodesk.com. You
can turn on the debug trace under Projects -> Extras -> Command Trace
Mode -> Command Trace Mode On.

per our emails - There is a known AutoCAD issue that the entnext (an
internal lisp function used in the report table function) goes into an
endless loop trying to find the last entity if the first entity is the
VIEWPORT. The workaround you found was adding an entity. Using the clean
drawing utility will also fix it since the first entity won't be the
viewport anymore.
One other point, I believe when you start a new drawing, if the first thing
you do is click the Layout Tab, the Viewport will be the first object
created. So this should be avoided.

Thanks for the quick reply, I redid my template so that I don't have the problem anymore.
